The first step is to schedule an initial virtual or in-home consultation. You can easily request this consultation by filling out a simple form on our website or by booking directly on our appointments page.

2. Consultation

Our goal during the consultation is to work closely with you in creating a personalized roadmap to achieve your organizing goals, taking into account your unique space and lifestyle.

3. proposal & CONTRACT SIGNING

We will then present you with a detailed proposal that outlines the scope of the project, including objectives, timelines, and costs. Once the proposal is to your satisfaction, we'll proceed with the contract signing and deposit payment.

4. EDITING SESSION*

*Required for large projects

During this session, we will work together to determine what items to keep, what to toss, and what to donate. Our guidance will empower you to make confident decisions, allowing you to declutter and streamline your surroundings effectively.

5. Layout design

Based on the insights gathered during our consultation, we'll proceed to source any necessary storage products that align with your organizing needs and preferences, as well as come up with a layout design that better fits your space. Once you approve the products, we will schedule our organizing session.

6. ORGANIZING SESSION

If an editing session is deemed not necessary, we will begin the session by decluttering and categorizing your belongings, followed by adding the new system, and organizing and containing everything. Once revealed, we will walk you through the completed organization system, and teach you how to maintain it.

  • The cost of professional organizing services varies depending on the scope of the project, and your location.

  • The duration of a project varies based on its complexity and size. Smaller projects may take a few hours, while larger ones can span several days or even weeks.

    We do, however, limit our sessions to 4 hours minimum.

  • Your involvement depends on your preferences. Some clients prefer to be actively involved, while others entrust us to complete the project independently. The level of your participation is flexible.

    However, your presence during the decluttering session is highly preferred so you can make the decision of what is kept, tossed, or donated.

  • You don't have to purchase organizing products beforehand. We will recommend and provide organizing solutions that suit your space and needs.

  • Donations - We offer one complimentary load of donations to Goodwill. Donations to any other institutions are handled by the client.

    Paper shredding - We take one load of paper to be shredded at UPS for no extra charge. The client will only be charged for the shredding service.

    Junk Removal - We can recommend local services and the client handles the set-up.
